Planning

We’re in the beginning stages of this project. While you may not see anything happening yet, this phase can involve steps such as land acquisition, the hiring of architects and contractors, the creation of design and construction documents and building a project schedule.

Breaking ground

The planning phase is complete and we’re ready to start construction. This means you’ll start to see fencing, trailers and equipment appear on the site as we prepare to begin construction.

Construction

It’s time to get to work on building this new, important investment for our students and our community.

27J Schools cuts ribbon on new STEM and CTE Center at RRHS-August 2023

NEW CONSTRUCTION (subject to final design)

The planned Middle School #7 facility will provide a new school in the central part of the District for students in grades 6-8. 

The school is anticipated to be built using the prototype model that the District used for Stuart, Prairie View and Quist middle schools. The prototype school includes a two-story classroom wing featuring state-of-the-art technology, administration area, gymnasium, cafeteria, media center, athletic fields and more.
